What is the Estimated Time of Delivery?

Dispatch time - Products will be dispatched in 2 to 3 working days after your order is confirmed

Delivery Time - Products will be delivered in 3 to 7 working days after dispatch based on the delivery pincode

Can I see original videos of the products?

What if I receive a damaged product?

We take utmost care in packing every product to minimise damages.

Stone falling out or earring stem getting bent are not considered to be damages.

Sometimes we do bend the earring stem to avoid breakage.

What if I dont like the product on receiving?

We do not offer exchange / return of our products. We strictly adhere to no return / no exchange policy

Can I cancel the order after making payment?

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
